Sexual positions better than sit-ups to workout your body
I must admit that I cannot find anything more boring than going to a gym. The ones I have been to so far have always been either full of incredibly worked out but narcissistic people or people whose looks –no offence intended- do not inspire you to continue exercising. On top of that, gyms are usually “smelly” to my liking and I do not enjoy frolicking over machines shining with sweat. If I am going to be sweating and rolling into someone else’s sweat I’d much rather it be the sweat of someone I like.
Fortunately there are other options for indoor exercising more appealing, less expensive and much more fun than a gym. You might know it or not, but the best working out room in your home could be your bedroom or any room in the house where you might care to make love with your partner. Yes, even a short session with your partner can burn calories and work out your muscles as much as spending an hour working out at your local gym. The amount of work invested depends on your enthusiasm and the positions chosen.
Some sexual positions are more suitable for a workout than others. These are three of the most demanding but also the best positions for a full body workout.
1) The wheelbarrow.
Do you remember playing wheelbarrow races when you were a child? It was great fun wasn’t it. Well, you guessed it, this is exactly the same position but without the race.
What’s in it?
For him: Works out arms (biceps) by supporting the whole weight of his partner.
For her: arms, bottom and thighs. This position works out triceps and chest muscles in a similar way as push ups do but it is much more fun!
If the woman gets tired supporting her weight on her arms, a variation can be added and she can lean on her forearms.
This is a very good position for men who are most turned on by women’s buttocks. For the woman, the fact of being with her head lower than the rest of her body can cause a pleasant light headedness which can enhance her sexual experience.
2) The acrobat:

For her: the position works arms, back, thighs and stomach muscles.
This is a demanding position that requires a flexible and strong back for the woman as it stretches the whole length of the back and the stomach muscles.
To get into this position, the man needs to lie down and get the woman to lie on top resting her back on his chest. This is a woman on top position but it is the man who controls the speed and intensity of the movements. 3) The height of pleasure

For him: works out legs, back and arms.
For her: thighs and arms.
Depending on the strength of the man this position can be more demanding for him or her. If he is stronger, he can play forklift truck driver and lift you up and down as he thrusts. If the woman is strong enough she can do that herself controlling the depth of the penetration and the rhythm of the movements. She can also arch her back while holding onto his neck so he can have a good view of her body!
For best results try to practice these positions at least twice a week. After a few weeks you can start seeing the results in the mirror as your body will look trimmer and toned.
