Increasing your breast size with essential oils: Aromatherapy

Some plants contain phyto hormones which work in a similar way to the human hormones which are responsible for many functions including the development of the breasts. Fenugreek and fennel seed oils are the most common oils used for this purpose. Geranium oil is also supposed to be very rich in phyto hormones.

Recipe for breast enhancing oil: Mix 

• 9 drops geranium oil
• 16 drops ylang ylang oil
• in 50 ml base oil like sweet almond oil.

Massage twice a day on the chest wall and wait for results.
Warning: Consult an aromatherapist before you try essential oils.

 

Breast enhancement creams

These contain similar ingredients to the breast enhancement pills and have even fewer side effects since they are applied topically. They also have toning and uplifting ingredients.

Change you diet

You could also try consuming sesame seeds and fenugreek seeds in your daily menu.  Incorporate foods rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron and proteins.
You might also want to try taking food supplements such as evening primrose oil and vitamin E.
