Pedestal nights

I cannot believe it has already been a year from my first visit to Club Pedestal in London.  Pedestal changed my life, it opened new horizons.  The night I crossed the door into Club Pedestal was the night that I became fully aware of FemDom.

Club Pedestal is a fetish club in London entirely dedicated to FemDom. Pedestal nights are held at Club Colosseum, near Vauxhall.  The layout of the club lends itself to multiple mischiefs as it spreads across multiple rooms each providing its own entertainment.    There are live performances; face and body painting, tantric massage, a very large dungeon for play, two DJs providing a fantastic atmosphere and house slaves –the ones wearing an apron and red collar- to serve your every whim.  

I must say that my favourite areas at the Pedestal parties are the Dungeon and the Goddess room.  The Dungeon area is enormous with so much equipment that it is difficult to choose where to start having fun.  The trampling cage is usually one of my first stops, I am not yet as good as some acrobatic Mistresses that I have seen in there, but I enjoy trampling over those limp bodies and I believe I am getting better and better at it!  It is simply amazing the high you can get from just walking over someone, feeling the softness or roughness of their skin under your feet, the warmth of their bodies, seeing their faces from above, adoring you, silently asking for more.  I never thought I would enjoy trampling so much.

If you are new to wearing latex you must know that you have to take special care of your latex clothes if you want them to last. A properly cared for latex outfit can last for years.  To keep your latex clothing in good condition you must ensure that it is handled with care.  

Here are some helpful tips to keep your latex clothes in good condition:

1. Do not pull your latex clothing because latex tears very easily.
2. Do not apply perfume, body sprays or oils when wearing your latex clothing.  Latex can be affected by all of those as well as any other liquids.
3. Always use plenty of talc on the inside of the garment when you are putting on your latex clothing.
4. Long fingernails can be hazardous as latex tears very easily.
5. Light coloured latex can stain very easily, take extra care.
6. Keep away from extreme heat.  Direct contact with radiators, candles, open fires, etc, will melt your latex clothes.
7. Keep your latex clothes clean.  Sweat (salt and water) weaken latex; make sure you wash your latex after use.
8. When removing your garments wash them with lukewarm water and rinse them thoroughly in the shower.  Turn them inside out and allow drying.  Preferably hang it on a plastic hanger to allow drying.  Be careful not to leave your garment in water for too long.
9. Once dried the latex garment should be thoroughly dried and powdered with talc on the inside,
10. Do not expose to direct sunlight to avoid discolouring your latex.
11. Store your latex clothes in a cool, dry place out of the light, covered by a black bin liner.
12. Each time you wear your latex garment put more talc on the inside.
13. Polish the exterior of your latex clothes only when necessary, silicone sprays and lubricants used to make latex shine will make it almost impossible to repair if needed.
